We were first time home-buyers so we really had no idea what to expect. In addition, we were buying at a bad time in the market. Laura never pressured us into making an offer on a house and it took a year but we finally found our first home (we were picky)! She came prepared with over 12 comparable listings / sales for the area. She had certainly done her home work! Laura worked with us to come up with the best listing price. We received multiple offers on the home within 5 days of it being on the market. Laura did a phenomenal job on keeping us updated on everything. We received continuous updates from her, from the time we accepted an offer through the final closing. Laura is professional, honest, & knowledgeable!! We highly recommend using her!!
